Quotes and estimates
An online estimate is indicative, based on what you told us. The price becomes firm once we have seen your final artwork and specification. We will not carry out work costing more than the estimate without contacting you and getting your agreement first.
Proofs and approval
We send a proof for approval on anything we design or set up, and we print to the approved proof. Please check proofs carefully — spelling, phone numbers and layout are yours to approve. We cannot refund a correct print of an approved proof.
If we make a mistake
If a printed item does not match the approved proof because of an error on our side, we reprint it at no charge. Tell us within 48 hours of collection or delivery.
Turnaround
Turnaround times run from artwork approval, not from when you place the order. We will always tell you the realistic date and flag anything urgent.
Returns on stocked products
Because print is made to your artwork, it is not returnable once approved and printed. Unused stocked accessories can be returned within 14 days.
Payment
Orders are settled on collection, to the driver on delivery, or by card. Card payment on the website is being added.
