Carriage depends on what the job weighs and where it is going, so it is quoted with the work rather than guessed at here.

Collection from a store

Free. Choose collection at checkout and we will let you know when it is ready — usually the fastest way to get your order. Pick it up from Hornchurch, Billericay or Upminster.

Delivery

Tracked delivery from £4.95, free on orders over £50, and a next-working-day courier option at checkout. Delivery times run from when your order is printed and checked, not from when you order.

Things we cannot post

Large, rigid or fragile items — framed prints, big boards and some signage — are collection-only. The basket will tell you and switch you to collection.

If something is not right

If a printed item does not match your approved proof because of our error, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we will reprint it. Because print is made to your artwork, we cannot refund a correct print of an approved proof — so please check your proof carefully.

Ordering & delivery

Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT at 20%. Note that some printed items are zero-rated for VAT — the basket works it out correctly.
